By using Rodu you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Your content

You own the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rodu to break the law, abuse others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Fares and money

Rodu helps a line organise itself and see what its units should have collected. It never collects, holds or moves fares or any other money between riders, crews, owners or lines. Expected takings are estimates, not accounting or tax advice.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period. Refunds follow the policy of the payment provider.

Termination

You can stop using Rodu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We'll tell you before important changes apply. If you keep using Rodu after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela, without prejudice to the consumer protections of your country.
