Set up your line
Rodu takes you by the hand. Tap Start, choose I run a line and answer one small thing at a time. You can go back, and if you leave, you resume where you stopped.
1. Your line
Give the line's name and city. You see your line card take shape as you go.
2. Save your line
Sign in with Google or an email code. This is the only moment Rodu asks for an account, so your line is kept safe.
3. Routes
Give each route's name, origin, destination and fare in bolivars. The track and stops can be recorded later with your crew. If you prefer, choose Define routes later and give only the line's fare; it prefills every route you add afterwards.
4. Units
Add the number, plate and owner of each unit, one after another. The owner is you unless you invite someone by WhatsApp. A unit is free to start at any shift, or fixed to chosen drivers. The first 3 units are free.
5. How the take works
Pick how a unit hands over its day: a fixed amount, a percentage of fares or a share of the line's expenses. The alert threshold starts at 75 percent. You can change both later.
6. Invite your crew
Send one WhatsApp link per crew member. It works once and lasts seven days. You can also do it later.
Then
Your fleet opens with a short checklist: record your route, start the first shift and invite your crew. It goes away when your first unit is live with a fare.
Drivers and collectors
You join through your line's invitation. Without one, Rodu lets you send your line's board a message about Rodu.
