Manage units and invitations

Line owners and admins manage the fleet from Settings, then Units.

Add a unit

Give the number and the plate. The plate must be unique in your line. The owner is you unless you name someone else; then Rodu prepares a WhatsApp invitation for them. A unit can be added before its route exists and shows "no route yet" until you choose one. Adding a unit needs internet.

Invite crew and owners

Choose the role and, for an owner, the unit. Tap Send by WhatsApp. The link works once and lasts seven days. If it expired or was already used, the person sees a message to ask you for a new one. You are told when someone joins.

Free or fixed

A unit starts free: any crew member of the line can start a shift on it. Fix it to chosen drivers and only they see it. Change this at any time.

Deactivate a unit

A deactivated unit keeps its shifts and takes and stops counting toward your 3 free units and your billing. See the article Units and plans.
