For unit owners

As a unit owner you see only your own units, never the rest of the line.

My units

Open My units to see each unit's shift, last report and fares today. If a unit sends no position for 20 minutes, you receive a notification once.

The day's take

Open Takes to see, for each closed shift, what the crew hand over, what you received and what was expected. When fares fall under the alert threshold of the line, you receive a notification. Expected needs at least three other units on the same route and time of day; before that, Rodu says there is not enough data.

Confirm what you received

Open the take and confirm. The amount is prefilled with what was due; change it if you received something different. The difference is added to that unit's balance as debt or credit. Your crew member is told it was confirmed. Rodu never moves money: it only records what you say.

Balance

Balance shows, per unit, what is owed or in your favour, and its history.

Daily summary

Every day at 21:00 line time you receive a summary of your units by notification and email.
